Stairhill Air Tightness Testing
We offer a friendly knowledgeable service catered to fit each individual clients needs, capable of carrying out several tests on the same day using the latest Retrotec equipment. Air tightness testing is required on all new dwellings under the latest Scottish Building regulations section 6.
We are fully qualified, accredited and insured to carry air tightness tests on all new dwellings and small commercial buildings up to 4000m3 through the iATS scheme.
The number of dwellings requiring testing are as per the following table:
